How do I return an item?
Postageink.com reserves the right to accept or reject returned items. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to report receipt of damaged items or items that have missing parts or are malfunctioning. Merchandise that is not defective that you wish to return must have been purchased within the preceding 30 days and be returned in its original condition in order to receive a refund. The packaging itself must not be damaged, marked or altered and the outer box or envelope must reference the original order ID. Pre-paid labels will not be provided for these types of voluntary returns. Postageink.com personnel must be notified and approve return requests beforehand. Returns or replacement requests not pre-approved by Postageink.com personnel are not guaranteed to be refunded or fulfilled.
Returns received that are not Postageink.com products will not be replaced or refunded. These items will be returned only at the customer's request and expense.

If an order is shipped prior to our receipt of a cancellation request - we cannot cancel the order. Call immediately 1-800-925-4465 if you need to cancel or amend an order. If you don't reach a customer service representative, LEAVE A DETAILED MESSAGE including your order number requesting cancellation or amendment. Your call will be returned.
